1Installing the app takes five minutes, onceInstaller l'app prend cinq minutes, une fois
ohmGym is not in the App Store yet. It comes throughohmGym n'est pas encore dans l'App Store. Elle passe par TestFlight, Apple's app for trying apps early. It is official and free. It uninstalls like any other app., l'application d'essai d'Apple. C'est officiel et gratuit. Ça s'enlève comme n'importe quelle app.
First of all: your Apple addressAvant tout : ton adresse Apple
The invitation goes to the Apple address of your phone. It is the one that downloads your apps. It often ends in @icloud.com.L'invitation part sur l'adresse Apple de ton téléphone. C'est celle qui télécharge tes apps. Souvent elle finit en @icloud.com.
To find it: openPour la trouver : ouvre SettingsRéglages. Tap your name at the very top. The address is written just below.. Appuie sur ton nom tout en haut. L'adresse est écrite juste dessous.
Send it to Mélibée in a private message.Envoie-la à Mélibée en message privé. An invitation sent anywhere else never arrives.Une invitation envoyée ailleurs n'arrive jamais.
- Install TestFlightInstalle TestFlightOpen the App Store. Search for TestFlight, the blue propeller icon. Tap Get. It is free.Ouvre l'App Store. Cherche TestFlight, l'icône bleue à hélice. Appuie sur Obtenir. C'est gratuit.
- Open the invitationOuvre l'invitationApple sends you an email. It says Joris invites you to test ohmGym. Look in your junk folder if it is slow. Tap the blueApple t'envoie un email. Il dit que Joris t'invite à tester ohmGym. Regarde dans les indésirables s'il tarde. Appuie sur le bouton bleu View in TestFlightVoir dans TestFlight button. If two emails arrive, accept both.. S'il y a deux emails, accepte les deux.
- Install ohmGymInstalle ohmGymIn TestFlight, tap Install. Wait for the button to turn into Open. An orange dot appears next to the name. That is normal. It means test version.Dans TestFlight, appuie sur Installer. Attends que le bouton devienne Ouvrir. Un point orange apparaît à côté du nom. C'est normal. Ça veut dire version d'essai.
- Create your accountCrée ton compteOpen ohmGym. ChooseOuvre ohmGym. Choisis Continue with AppleContinuer avec Apple orou Continue with GoogleContinuer avec Google. There is no password. Sign up under your real first name. The others need to find you.. Il n'y a pas de mot de passe. Inscris-toi sous ton vrai prénom. Les autres doivent pouvoir te trouver.
- Answer the opening questionsRéponds aux questions de départThe app asks for your level, your goal and your equipment. It builds your sessions from those answers.L'app demande ton niveau, ton objectif et ton matériel. Elle construit tes séances à partir de ces réponses.
- Accept or refuse Health dataAccepte ou refuse les données SantéThe app works either way. If you accept, it uses your real measurements instead of estimates. It only reads. It writes nothing into Health. You can cut the access whenever you want in Settings.L'app fonctionne dans les deux cas. Si tu acceptes, elle utilise tes vraies mesures au lieu d'estimations. Elle lit seulement. Elle n'écrit rien dans Santé. Tu coupes l'accès quand tu veux dans Réglages.
Keep TestFlight on your phoneGarde TestFlight sur ton téléphone
You do not need it to train. ohmGym sits on your home screen like a normal app.Tu n'en as pas besoin pour t'entraîner. ohmGym est sur ton écran d'accueil comme une app normale.
But the fixes arrive through TestFlight.Mais les corrections arrivent par TestFlight. Your message gets a ✅ in the group. Open TestFlight then and tap Update.Ton message reçoit un ✅ dans le groupe. Ouvre alors TestFlight et appuie sur Mettre à jour.
You may have come across the nameTu as peut-être vu passer le nom Iron Chain. It is the same app, for another platform. You did not open the wrong app.. C'est la même app, pour une autre plateforme. Tu ne t'es pas trompé.
2We ask you for three thingsOn te demande trois choses
Explore the rest however you like. These three tell us whether the app keeps its promise.Le reste, explore-le comme tu veux. Ces trois choses nous disent si l'app tient sa promesse.
Ask the app for a session. Do it. Go all the way toDemande une séance à l'app. Fais-la. Va jusqu'à FinishTerminer. Vary the length. Twenty minutes is already enough.. Varie les durées. Vingt minutes suffisent déjà.

We are looking for what would make you keep the app after the test. If you think "I wish it could…", write it down. Nobody will ask you to justify it.On cherche ce qui te ferait garder l'app après le test. Si tu penses « j'aimerais que… », écris-le. Personne ne te demandera de le justifier.
- You do not have to decide whether it is a bug.Tu n'as pas à décider si c'est un bug. When in doubt, send it.Dans le doute, envoie.

6If you get stuckSi ça bloque
Look in your junk folder. The sender is called TestFlight. Check the address you gave us too. If it is the wrong one, send the right one to Mélibée.Regarde dans les indésirables. L'expéditeur s'appelle TestFlight. Vérifie aussi l'adresse que tu nous as donnée. Si ce n'est pas la bonne, envoie la bonne à Mélibée.
Your iPhone may need an update. Go to Settings, General, Software Update. If that is not enough, send a screenshot in the group.Ton iPhone a peut-être besoin d'une mise à jour. Va dans Réglages, Général, Mise à jour logicielle. Si ça ne suffit pas, envoie une capture dans le groupe.
That is the most useful report of all. Tell us what you were doing just before. If your iPhone offers to send a report, accept.C'est le signalement le plus utile. Dis-nous ce que tu faisais juste avant. Si ton iPhone propose d'envoyer un rapport, accepte.
Both sides need network. The app also needs the camera and the microphone. Have a look in Settings, ohmGym. If it still cuts out, record the screen.Il faut du réseau des deux côtés. L'app a aussi besoin de la caméra et du micro. Va voir dans Réglages, ohmGym. Si ça coupe quand même, filme l'écran.
There is none. You sign in with your Apple or Google account, like the first time.Il n'y en a pas. Tu te connectes avec ton compte Apple ou Google, comme la première fois.
Say it in one word in the group. Knowing why someone stops is part of what we are looking for. You can delete the app whenever you want.Dis-le en un mot dans le groupe. Savoir pourquoi on arrête fait partie de ce qu'on cherche. Tu peux supprimer l'app quand tu veux.
What you do in the app stays between you, Joris and Mélibée. We never publish your name. We may quote a sentence of yours, without saying who said it. You can ask us to erase everything. The detail is on theCe que tu fais dans l'app reste entre toi, Joris et Mélibée. On ne publie jamais ton nom. On citera peut-être une phrase de toi, sans dire qui l'a dite. Tu peux demander qu'on efface tout. Le détail est sur la privacy pagepage confidentialité.
